I was taking a trawl around some rss feeds last night and I realised that my parser (which uses the php xml module) couldn't handle some of the newer XML formats used by Slashdot and other large sites, so I've written a routine that manually parses the rss feeds, and you can see the results over there on the right - I've stuck some popular sites up there to give you an idea of how it looks.
