Once again, I'd like to promote the idea that you should not post the same question at different sites at the same time, especially e107.org, e107coders.org and e107themes.org ... the most visited forums by the same people who are able and willing to assist.
I realize that you want to get more people to read your question. Duplicating forum postings at several sites is very inefficient. Most people in the e107 community visit these sites frequently. The history of the discussion is very relevant to helping you. You can imagine how annoying it is to reply to your question while totally unaware that another discussion of the same topic that you started is going on somewhere else. Try to make it easy for others to help you.
In general, issues concerning core e107 are posted at e107.org whereas issues concerning plugins and coding tips etc. are posted at e107coders.org. Questions about themes are best posted at e107themes.org. Everything about e107 is related. So even if you don't follow this guideline, it's not as bad as posting the same question at multiple sites.
There are exceptions such as when a site is down temporarily or you're not getting response (try bump the post) or the suggested ideas didn't work. If you post the same question, I'd suggest you post a link to the forum thread at the other site so that people can check before they reply. There's no sense in repeating what others have already suggested.
