The only reference to the new user submitted articles / reviews is in the changelog, so I'll mention it here.

The only reference to the new user submitted articles / reviews is in the changelog, so I'll mention it here. This is only relevent to people who've upgraded, users who've installed 0.610 fresh will already have links created.
The link for users to submit is at the bottom of their profile page, if you want links in the main menu go to admin -> links and create two new links in the Main category pointing to subcontent.php?review and subcontent.php?article
