class2.php : not reported : emotes parsed a bit more reliably
e107_admin/forum.php : upgrade : added two new pref options, allow images and allow HTML. Disabling images means no-one will be able to post images sitewide
class2.php : upgrade : changes made to parse engine to reflect above changes
class2.php : upgrade : checks are now made to see if file_uploads are enabled, if not you'll be informed in admin section
usersettings.php : upgrade : file upload diaplogs not shown if file_uploads is Off
