I've rewritten the comments code, it's faster, more modular and can be used anywhere on site just by attaching a few lines.

I've rewritten the comments code, it's faster, more modular and can be used anywhere on site just by attaching a few lines. For an example I've added comments to the poll. Also all comments throughout the site will now reflect the COMMENTSTYLE defined in the theme.php.
Expect it in the next release.
