Here's a nice little plugin sent to me by Andrew Dolgov ...

I made a small plugin/hack for e107 which adds an ability to display random tagline in page titles. Not a big thing, but quite many sites have this and I wanted mine to have it too. Comes with a configuration interface from admin panel.
