Plugins - Admin Tools - FileEditor

An updated version of Fileeditor v2.0 made by Hunt.

This should be considered as a branch version because version 3.0 is available (I have made this version because I think this version's GUI is more usable).

I've fixed all the bugs that I've found using it.

Some of the major fixes:
- Go back to previous folder with home link
- Fixed text editor where used the char "/"
- Fixed the upload functionality
- Fixed the delete/move/rename functions
