[News] news and content and userclass + IMPORTANT

Description Welcome. Please add a feature.

In the news and content categories you can select only available to a specific group of users, not visible to others. And to add to that news category only by a select group of users.

I don't understand this request sorry. The userclass system should take care of visibility, both in news and content.

In v2, there is also the option to exclude certain usergroups.
