[Core plugin] ability to add code in RSS feed

Description we need option to auto add code to the rss header , something like the e_meta.php for the core .

this is usefulml for adding new tehnology like rsscloud or pubsubhubbub .

others already has this option to ontrole the rss output (like wordpress) .

the actual render is done via "echo" and we an't ontrole the outpout , is better to done it via a function like tablerender (rssrender) .

i have found this line in the rss.php 

echo $tp->toHtml($rss_custom_channel,FALSE)."\n";



but how should i delare it ?
