[News] Make RSS for news have option to include extended

Description The RSS feed for news articles would be improved if you were allowed to select to include the extended article or not. I treat the first part as the lead paragraph, and the extended part as the main body. It is enough to include the lead in the RSS and let readers decide from that wether to go to the full article or not. Also, the first part should be renamed from "news article" to "lead paragraph", and the extended to "main body".
