In the admin page of the site, do a mysql DB check and see if everything says OK.

Btw- chmod plugins>log>logs to 777.

If that doesn't work, go to your admin-->menus page. Look at what menus you have enabled, and start disabling them one at a time, starting with those on the right hand side of the site. If you have articles or reviews enabled, start with them - they are done differently in 0.7. That will tell you which menu is the problem.

I have this one plugin that shows multi times when i go to uninstall it or any plugin it gives me this message

I change the log to 777 and also got rid of all the plugins when i go to the main page there is not an area that gives me a way back to the admin so i use the back button to get back to the admin area.

Once i changed the menu the forum is working but all the forum links are on the left of the page.

Any ideas

Some problems with multiple appearances of plugins in the plugin manager were down to file access rights, IIRC.

There may be more menus you need to disable - even if you enable them again afterwards.

What version of mySQL is your site running?
