can't access site after upgrade

Just upgraded from 0.6 to 0.7, and now I can't log on! Any ideas? Please help!

What page can you get to? What do you see on the screen? Do you get any error message?

SUpton - it just keeps refreshing the login page. I found a reference to this problem in another forum thread that basically said the database needs to be totally rewritten, so I've just decided to empty the db and delete all the ftp files and start with a fresh, full install. The client had only edited one page, and I've copied that to add back in once the install is complete. Thanks for getting back to me, though...
