I the need for a personalization site.

home.php page with a login (a transparent background, like this [-link-], presentation of the site, links to registration with a nice graphics.

NOTE: your link doesnt really give a clue to what you require, i assume your referring the orange buttons etc.. in which case is a simple job in photoshop.
