[Solved]Online info menu

The new online info menu does not work on my site it just shows the color key. i love the new online menu better because it puts everything all in one menu but, every time i install it its unable to create database tables. i already went in and changed TYPE=MYISAM to ENGINE=MYISAM but that didn't seem to work please help

Quite frankly I don't know to which exact plugin you are referring to, because none of the online info menu plugins is new. Taking a wild guess that you do speak about this one which indeed suffered a small update available only on TheMadMonk website. All that i can say is that I've installed that plugin on latest e107 version without any issue so it's most likely something else that creates your curent issue.

I would suggest to speak with the author, but his site is plain silly, I tried several times over the years to register without success... he should know better than to use server-side email verification in 2012.

So if you want further help here, type your php, mySQL and Apache version...

I got similar setups and no issue with the program, can you specify the exact version of the plugin you try to install and mention all the other 3rd party plugins you have installed?

But before doing that, humor me and install the plugin version I linked in previous post if it works we continue from there.

i tried to install that exact version. I HAVE forumthanks, donate_menu_v1.3, rdonation_tracker, sgallery, and thats it.

Ok this is a SLIGHTLY modified version of the latest Online Info Menu v.8.5.3: [-link-]
I just installed it before packing it with the following results:


(the plugin.php still contains 3 entries with TYPE=MYISAM in stead of ENGINE=MYISAM but it didn't affect the overall plugin functionality.)

The results were obtain by using a platform running: PHP Version
5.2.17, MySQL 5.1.56-log and Apache 2.2.21.
