Update 07,26 to 1,01

I do not get the order of pictures uisin in f.e.x news.
Page [-link-] was driven by version 0,7,26. I had to delete all files in the root, and set up the whole page again with version 1.01. And now it works fine. Perfect!

Now that I have seen that picture feature works in version 1.01 so I thought it well can refresh the nine other sites I have running at 07.26. I started with [-link-].

Loaded up the latest update, which admittedly was called for 07.15 - 1.01, but after the exchange was not much better.

Replaced all Tinymapp the root to a full version from 1.01, but Tiny icon is not showing up on the news site. No photo of the ones I have in the root comes up.

What to do? Might just do not put up all sides again. Will lose valuable information.

OK, I understand. Either I express myself clearly, or is my question too difficult.

I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with TinyMCE as I hate these kind of editors and I simply never use them.
Hope someone else can get back to you asap...

Just to clarify; The problem is that the editor is not showing up when editing a news item? Is that correct?

No expert in tinymce (rather not iuse it) , but maybe (just maybe) you are working with the wrong update.

As said : there's a v15 to v 1.0.1 update, but there is also a more general update v7.x.x to v 1.0.1 ( i often present to use the v7 xx version)

Talking a speedy closer look there are some changes between those versions (maybe because of old leftovers (in old versions), not needed during update.

I noticed some differences in tiny so best to check it anyway.


(If you do have backups ? files, versions and database..
why should you loose information ?)

Some things are not clear (sorry)
a) Tiny icon is not showing up on the news site ??
either theres a bar when creating news or just bb editor..
b)in the root ? sites root or tiny's root ? tinys root = e107_images and some subfolders...
c) very unclear : why did you have to delete files on root (guessing e107 files/folders)on root just for an update?
If such drastic action has to be taken, i would expect server (php ? )issues instead off anything else.

Well, since i personally did not see any related things happening at some build sites, i took a deeper look into the packs available

As you mentioned : using the full pack the image button (ibrowser.gif) is INSIDE its folder.
Going through some UPdate packs, i miss (due to being updates, hence should have left overs on site, not to be updated)the folder : path would be ....handlers/tiny_mce/plugins/ibrowser/images/ > ibrowser.gif

(can imagine a setting if someone deletes the content of tiny, and uses an update pack > some stuff will not be added new)

Check if yours is there, else get it from the full pack instead.
Have a subfolder called images (reads : tiny_mce/plugins/ibrowser/images/), containing 3 images : ibrowser;constrain and textflow gifs.
Because it isn't there, it doesn't show?

Can you check it out and report back please, if this happens (unfortunatly) is the case ?
