I do not know if could be related to my theme but when on my site you fail the login , the site do not show any message about , so basically there is no feedback msg it just show you again the login mask.

is there something i need to do in the admin panel to enable it or I should look into the theme ?

the theme is from fizi theme site.

well could be more at hand than just one: here's the line up :

the theme carries a own login template : could be missing/adjusted a line..
using login php (not altered) page : should display info
login menu : changed the template (similar to themes login if present).

do look out for corrupted upload, else, rename for time being IFF present the themes login and use the system login menu or page..

Normal function would display messages. { LM MESSAGE } shortcode.

ps : using languages other than english should reflect those messages (languages folder: lan login )

Hi,

I check the them.php file and the only lines that looks related to login are this :

// [layout]
$layout = "_default";

// Default layout
$HEADER = "
<div id='wrapper'>
<div id='topbar'>
<div id='topbar-inner'>
{CUSTOM=login}
</div>
</div>
<div id='header'>
<div id='sitename-wrap'>
<div class='sitename' id='sitetitle'>{SITENAME}</div>
<div class='sitetag'>{SITETAG}</div>
</div>

for what I can see there is a custom login but honestly I do not know hot to consider this line.

well... ok there is a custom login but then where is the custom code ? (i look also in the .sc files but nothing)

normally this would indicate the use of a custom build menu for login.

how and where it is ??

maybe it is/was related to a post [-link-]

At least it will make it easier to understand...(i hope
)

If it is a free theme ? can you provide the theme's name?
