My website hacked

Hello
My website was hacked yesterday,When I open my site I see the message your website is hacked,After opening my site will be moved to another address and I see hacks Message.
I'm using the latest version and my files are also updated
I replaced the files again but not right
I got off the site to be true
Please help me how can I bring out my site from hack ?
Please help me immediately
