Contact form plugin doesn't work but doesn't show any error

Hi,

I've installed contact form plugin 1.7 as well as Helper proyect in all the possible version but it doesn't work. The plugin was installed succesfully but when I try to see its setup and tools (from Plugins ---> Contact form) it just shows no content with showing any error. It simply shows the background blue window.Could someone help me? Thanks a lot!

Try running a DB check and fix any errors it shows.

I also get an empty screen when I try to see the Helper proyect setting.

All the dababase checks are ok, there was no error. I'm running e107 1.0 in windows 2003 Server with PHP 5. I've spent hours trying ti fix this issue but I couln't. Do you have any other idea?

After that I intalled e107 and Contact Form in another Window 2008 Server and it happens something extrange. I get the following massage when installing:

Unable to successfully create table(s) for this plugin.
Preference settings successfully created.
Installation Successful... [Configure]

However I found the the following two tables in the database:

e107_contactform
e107_contactform_pages
