Cannot change layout for menus

I cannot change the default menu layout for the default theme and the theme 'Overall'. I am doing any thing wrong or is it a bug in e107? I am running the latest version: 1.0.1.

which file are you editing?

I do not edit any files. In Admin area I use Content > Menus. Under Menus I try to change layout for themes, but I cannot save the layout.
