e107_Quiz v1.1 and v1.2 released

Some new functionality and a couple of bugfixes for e107_Quiz v1.1:

* New/Added Features:
- quiz_test.php: adjusted length of quiz name from 64 to 200
- quiz_test.php: added functionality for generic quiz text (displayed above all questions)
- quiz_category.php: adjusted length of quiz name from 64 to 200
- quiz_test.php: adjusted length of quiz category name from 64 to 200
- questions.php: added functionality to display generic quiz text
* Bugs Fixed:
- statistics.php: order of status is now also correct when over 10 questions
- print.php: added space character after 'Quiz presented on' text.
- print.php: fixed hardcoded e107_ in URL to variable MPREFIX
- myfuncs.php: function listquestionsArrayPrint; added additional space character in front of displayed answers
- quiz_list_test.php: fixed hardcoded e107_images in link
- questions.php: fixed hardcoded e107_images in link
* Minor Changes:
- e107_quiz_sql.php: adjusted length of quiz name and quiz category name from 64 to 200
- e107_quiz_sql.php: added field for text info for each quiz
- languages\English.php: added language terms QUIZ_CONFIG_L122 and QUIZ_CONFIG_L123
- plugin.php: adjusted for version 1.1
