I am looking for someone who can develop a mobile theme. My website is [-link-].

A lot of 'smartphones' now use the site theme via e107_mobile if you set iPhone to your main theme

I doubt it will be that long before everyone upgrades there phone and you won't need to have a 'mobile' option
