font color problem

hi. my problem is font color in left and right menu. l want to change color from white to blue. but l cant change. my web site is [-link-]
l share to screen photo and style docement.

Sorry, but clicking on links that point to places I have no idea what they are is not something I, nor anyone with a brain bigger than a pea, will/should click on.

Use a more known image hosting site.

menu_contentl and menu_contentr in style.css - change the #ffffff (white) to something else
